Why should I consider Hypnosis?

Hypnosis has been around for a long time, but over the course of the past century it has gained a lot of attention in the therapeutic world. The medical community is beginning to understand that hypnosis can be an important part of a patient's healing program. The mind is a powerful organ that can either help or hinder a person’s healing process. There have been many instances in which a person’s poor medical prognosis has been turned around just by changing one’s mental perspective and outlook. This can be achieved through positive self-talk and prayers. Doctors and other professionals in the medical community are well aware of this phenomenon. During a hypnosis session an environment of peace is established so the messages that a person receives during a session can be absorbed more readily. The mind is essentially being reprogrammed to let go of the not so positive mental mind talk and replacing it with positive uplifting suggestions. In time persistent negative thought patterns eventually disappear.

Is Hypnosis safe?

Hypnosis is completely safe. You are conscious during the entire process, a session can be stopped easily at any time at the client’s request. Most clients end up feeling relaxed and calm which often lasts long after the session has ended.

How long will a hypnosis session last?

Sessions can last between 1 and 2 hours. If time is an issue, sessions can be adjusted to accommodate any time restraints.

How many sessions can I expect to plan for?

​​This can vary depending on what you are trying to work on. Some client's only need a few sessions. If multiple sessions are needed, it is important to stay consistent so you can meet your goals.  

Can Hypnosis really help me quit smoking?

Yes! Hypnosis can help you quit smoking. With habits like smoking sometimes we need to work on the reason you started in the first place. Some people have been known to kick the habit after just one session, others need more.
